Supply Chain Lead - APAC

About the role

Genetec, a provider of unified security solutions, is looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative Supply Chain Lead to support its growing APAC region. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, APAC, the role ensures that customer orders, RMAs, compliance activities and logistics workflows are coordinated accurately, efficiently and on time. It works closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Compliance and HQ teams.

Key responsibilities

• Forecasting: partner with the APAC Sales team to provide regular sales forecasts supporting procurement planning for HQ, local suppliers and RMA inventory.
• Order fulfillment: coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, work with Procurement on timely processing, monitor order status and communicate updates, and post packing slips accurately.
• Compliance: coordinate with warehouse partners for accurate customs clearance and with the Trade Compliance team on country-specific customs regulations.
• Logistics: verify purchase orders and pick lists, and coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers for timely deliveries.
• Post-sales operations: coordinate with HQ on Advanced RMA and product replacement requests, verify tax invoices when requested by Accounts Receivable, support subscription billing issues, and maintain records and manage renewals for government certifications such as ACMA and EESS.

Required profile

• Practical experience in fulfillment, logistics or customer operations in a collaborative, international environment.
• 2+ years in a supply chain, logistics, customer operations or similar operational support role.
• Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers and warehouse partners.
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 CRM is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and excellent written and verbal English.
