Systems Engineer - Security Systems

About the role

NCS, a technology services firm operating across the Asia Pacific region, is hiring a Systems Engineer for its security systems business in Singapore. The role covers the installation, configuration and management of integrated perimeter, video surveillance and video analytics security systems, working with clients and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Work with software and hardware systems including IP CCTV, intrusion detection, electronic access control, electronic key management and video management systems.
• Configure network connectivity and routers, and carry out site implementation and management of integrated security systems.
• Meet client service delivery level agreements and coordinate with contractors and clients.
• Read as-built drawings, floor plans and other technical documentation to conduct site surveys.
• Work independently without supervision and communicate well with team members, partners and clients.

Required profile

• Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience administering, configuring and troubleshooting security surveillance hardware and software.
