About the role

Certis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both contract staffing and permanent positions. This 1‑year contract role offers the chance to shape hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, and work closely with senior management in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for contract and permanent roles, from requisition to offer.
• Assess hiring needs, develop job briefs, and meet timelines for talent acquisition.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including career fair participation.
• Collaborate with management to create hiring plans and deliver innovative sourcing solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market intelligence to keep the company competitive.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree from a recognised institution.
• 1‑2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, or motivated entry‑level candidates.
• Basic CEI certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
