Talent Acquisition Partner – E‑Commerce (Singapore)

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on e‑commerce, you will work closely with TikTok’s business units in Singapore and the broader region to attract and hire top talent. You will act as the functional talent partner, driving end‑to‑end recruitment and collaborating with regional HR teams to meet hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full hiring cycle from talent mapping and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Lead compensation discussions, manage candidate expectations and close complex offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, provide market insights and influence hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct headhunting and market research.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout assessment and offer stages.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end talent acquisition for high‑volume and senior‑level roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Deep knowledge of full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, behavioral interviewing, employment law and salary trends.
• Global mindset, resilience and familiarity with international recruiting practices.
• High ownership and accountability for recruitment outcomes.
