Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Singapore

About the role

UCT is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support its fast‑growing semiconductor business in Singapore. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving end‑to‑end recruitment for critical talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a TA consultant, building strong relationships with business stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: research, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Design and execute diverse sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, referrals and direct networking.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key semiconductor and related roles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes and participate in assigned projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience; semiconductor recruiting is a strong advantage.
• Advanced sourcing skills for both active and passive candidates.
• Proven ability in offer negotiation and closing tactics.
• Results‑oriented with strategic thinking, flexibility in ambiguous situations, and strong organizational attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
