Talent Acquisition Sourcer for TikTok Product & Design (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support TikTok's Product and Design teams in Singapore. This 12‑month contract role will help drive the APAC expansion of TikTok’s Local Services business by delivering high‑quality candidates and ensuring a world‑class interview experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches across all seniority levels.
• Own interview scheduling, communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Champion a great candidate experience and promote TikTok as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English to support recruitment in the Indonesia market.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly at all organisational levels.
