Talent Acquisition Specialist – High‑Volume Hiring

About the role

AIG is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive high‑volume hiring across its Singapore operations. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and business leaders to attract, assess and onboard talent for inbound call‑centre, associate‑level and Early‑Career positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for inbound call‑centre, associate and Early‑Career roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding support.
• Run high‑volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, campus partnerships and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate Early‑Career program activities, including engagement with educational institutions and campus recruitment events.
• Prepare and administer employment offers and recruitment documentation in line with internal policies.
• Support recruitment events such as career fairs, walk‑in interviews and employer branding initiatives.
