We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of Wealth Relationship Managers who are essential to our growth and client satisfaction. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Wealth Relationship Manager positions.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates, ensuring a strong fit with the role and company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in the financial services sector, particularly hiring wealth advisors, relationship managers, or private bankers, is a plus.
