Tax Specialist – Manufacturing & Indonesia Tax

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Specialist to support our manufacturing operations with a focus on Indonesia tax matters. The role involves ensuring compliance, managing audits, and mitigating tax risks across corporate income, withholding, and indirect taxes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tax audits, queries and disputes by coordinating with external advisors, tax authorities and internal finance teams.
• Prepare and review supporting documentation for tax filings, audits and regulatory submissions.
• Conduct monthly tax reviews to guarantee accurate and timely compliance for corporate income tax, withholding tax and indirect taxes.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to identify tax risks and strengthen control processes.
• Coordinate tax training and knowledge‑sharing sessions for overseas finance teams.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and advise on potential business impacts.
• Support tax‑related projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of tax experience, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services environment.
• Experience in tax compliance, audits and risk management.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
