About the role
Singapore University of Social Sciences is looking for a Temporary Facilities Assistant to join its Infrastructure team. The role supports office relocations and general facility operations, and runs for 6 months with the possibility of extension depending on project needs.
Key responsibilities
- Support office relocations and coordinate with stakeholders on relocation requests
- Manage stakeholders and vendors on setting up furniture and equipment
- Assist with inventory management, documentation and tracking of assets
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Infrastructure team to keep operations running smoothly
Required profile
- Good planning and coordination skills
- Strong situational awareness and the ability to work independently
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Required skills
- Visual communication and graphic design skills are an added advantage
Working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends), from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, based in Clementi.
