About the role
This temporary position supports the smooth operation of a healthcare facility in Sengkang. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling registration, appointments, and payments while ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Register patients and verify their information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Collect payments and issue receipts.
- Assist patients using self‑service kiosks.
- Provide courteous customer service and answer inquiries.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
Required profile
- Minimum O‑Level qualification.
- Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and kiosk assistance.
