Tenancy Executive / Tenancy Officer

About the role

JLL is hiring a Tenancy Executive / Tenancy Officer for an on-site position in Singapore. The role acts as the main liaison for tenant fit-out and renovation works, guiding new tenants through building fit-out procedures and overseeing the handover of premises.

Key responsibilities

• Act as main liaison for tenant fit-out and renovation works, and guide new tenants on building fit-out procedures.
• Oversee the handover of tenant premises according to a checklist, follow up and close all defects identified.
• Be overall responsible for keys and fixtures in all vacant units.
• Ensure documentation such as permits to work, worker lists, layout drawings and renovation deposits are submitted and approved before works start.
• Follow up with tenant project managers and contractors to ensure compliance with local authority and building standards, and conduct regular site inspections.
• Handle monthly tenancy management reporting, compile approved design occupant loads and update building fit-out manuals periodically.
• Handle sub-division works with all relevant parties and conduct a fit-out survey after each fit-out.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date tenant records and the checklist for handover and takeover processes.
• Keep tenant arrears at no more than two months and investigate and respond to tenant complaints.
• Deliver excellent customer service consistent with the company's service standards and brand.
