Toner Supplies Product Manager

About the role

This role shapes and refines the global product strategy, roadmaps and SKUs for toner supplies in collaboration with R&D and solutions teams, aligning them with market needs and customer insights. It also supports sales to end users and partners, runs regional product launches and forecasts, manages regional alliance funds, and plans obsolescence.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and refine the global product strategy, roadmaps, platforms and SKUs with R&D and solutions teams.
• Run closed-loop post-analysis of global product strategies and make data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Support sales to end users and partners with subject matter expertise and strategic guidance.
• Lead the product/service/solution introduction process and ensure effective regional launches.
• Provide ongoing forecasting to keep product available in the region, working with cross-functional teams.
• Manage, optimize and deploy regional alliance and partner funds, including specials, pricing and promotions.
• Lead obsolescence and end-of-life management, including inventory disposition and discontinuation planning.
• Represent the voice of the customer by analysing customer needs and preferences.
• Solve complex problems independently with good judgment and project management.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 4-7 years of experience, preferably in product marketing, product design or a related field; an advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience is also acceptable.
