Transport Specialist – Warehouse & Cold Chain Management

About the role

The Transport Specialist – Warehouse & Cold Chain Management ensures safe, efficient and on‑time delivery of cargoes. Working within a team, the specialist handles loading, moving, unloading and supports replenishment activities while adhering to specialised handling procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Operate transport operations, including delivery and pick‑up, while managing resources and cost allocation.
• Maintain transportation facilities, equipment, infrastructure and systems.
• Perform cargo consolidation, transhipment and transloading activities.
• Apply environmental protection procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct safety, health and risk assessments and report WSH incidents.
• Communicate requirements to stakeholders and support incident or crisis management.
• Adhere to governance, compliance and data protection processes.

Required profile

• Relevant driving licence.
• 1–2 years of driving experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with specialised handling procedures for dangerous, time‑ and temperature‑sensitive cargo.
• Ability to perform basic risk assessments and support continuous improvement.
