UAV Pilot – Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Pilot

About the role

The Republic of Singapore Air Force is seeking motivated individuals to join as Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Pilots. You will learn reconnaissance techniques, operate stealthy UAV platforms, and become an expert in gathering and analysing aerial data. This role is ideal for candidates with a keen eye for detail and a passion for aviation.

Key responsibilities

• Operate UAVs for surveillance, reconnaissance and data‑collection missions.
• Execute flight plans in accordance with RSAF operational standards.
• Monitor UAV performance and ensure mission safety.
• Collaborate with ground crews and intelligence analysts to interpret collected data.
• Participate in continuous training and skill‑development programmes.

Required profile

• Any recognised degree, diploma, A‑Level or International Baccalaureate qualification.
• Eyesight better than 800 degrees per eye.
• Astigmatism less than 300 degrees per eye.
• Physical Employment Standard (PES) classification A or B1.
