Value Creation Off‑Cycle Internship (Jan‑Jun 2027)

About the role

PWC’s Value Creation team is seeking an off‑cycle intern to support strategy and value‑creation engagements, including live sell‑side M&A mandates. You will gain hands‑on experience analysing markets, identifying growth opportunities and helping clients articulate their value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry and competitor research to assess attractiveness, trends and risks.
• Analyse company and market data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic initiatives.
• Support the development of growth strategies and value‑creation plans for clients, working alongside the Corporate Finance team.
• Contribute to commercial due diligence and the preparation of client and investor materials.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver insight‑led recommendations.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student (local or overseas) pursuing a Business or Accountancy degree.
• Strong academic record (minimum Second Class Upper Honours or equivalent) with meaningful co‑curricular involvement.
• Passion for a career in strategy consulting and strong analytical, quantitative and interpretive skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, able to work in a multicultural team and independently.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative with a proactive work ethic.
