Vice President of Corporate HR

About the role

The Vice President of Corporate HR will lead Everise’s global HR function, shaping people strategy to support business growth. Reporting to the CEO, this senior leader will drive talent management, culture, and HR governance across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise‑wide HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Lead organizational transformation, change management, and culture initiatives.
• Oversee succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and high‑potential talent programs.
• Design and manage performance management frameworks and executive coaching.
• Guide change management during mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
• Champion employee engagement, DEI, and ESG initiatives.
• Monitor employee sentiment and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and systems are compliant, scalable, and support compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies.
• Leverage HR analytics to establish KPIs, dashboards, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with regional and business HR leaders to build a high‑performing, business‑partnered HR function.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 14‑16+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen with experience working alongside executive leadership.
• Proven experience managing global HR functions.
• Demonstrated success in organizational transformation and change management.
• High emotional intelligence, integrity, and executive‑level communication skills.
