About the role

The Vice President, Workplace Banking Team Lead will head a group of relationship managers focused on acquiring payroll accounts through corporate partnerships. The role combines strategic sales leadership with operational oversight to grow the workplace banking portfolio while maintaining risk and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of workplace banking relationship managers to source and acquire payroll accounts via corporate tie‑ups.
• Drive profitable volume growth from existing and new corporate customers by promoting the full suite of retail banking products.
• Onboard assigned corporate portfolios, encouraging employees to credit salaries to UOB accounts and cross‑sell additional products.
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Banking, product specialists, and other business units to craft tailored value propositions.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and risk control.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of sales experience with proven leadership capability.
• Strong B2B background and ability to engage C‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast‑paced environments.
