VP / AVP, Digital Engagement Enablement & Insights Specialist

About the role

DBS Consumer Banking Group, the leading bank in Asia, is looking for a VP / AVP, Digital Engagement Enablement & Insights Specialist. The role works closely with Digital Engagement Managers, Front Office, Product Managers, Marketing and the Data Chapter to improve execution, identify gaps and make sure the right processes, data and capabilities are in place. It is based in DBS Asia Central.

Key responsibilities

• Market and front office insights: run regular competitor scans across Singapore and Hong Kong private banks and wealth managers, conduct regional research and hold focus groups with Front Office and Product Managers to synthesise actionable insights.
• Govern and track client engagement processes: ensure clear ownership, hand-offs and follow-through, review performance, work with Digital Engagement Managers, Product Managers, Front Office and the Data Chapter on performance drivers, and share management insights.
• Data and capability development: partner with the Data Chapter on propensity models, customer targeting and segmentation, identify data, analytical, process or tooling gaps, and turn business needs into requirements.
• Support practical frameworks, playbooks and tools that improve execution across markets.
• Ideas Central adoption: monitor usage of the Ideas Central platform, gather feedback on usability and effectiveness, remove barriers and use insights to improve supporting processes.

Required profile

• Commercially minded, analytical and meticulous, with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Good stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships across departments and regions.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Campaign Management, Sales Enablement, Business Management or Transformation preferred.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn data and feedback into practical actions.
• Highly competent with Excel and data manipulation.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across regional markets.
