Wallpaper Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the daily operations of our wallpaper business. The role involves overseeing all aspects of production, coordinating with suppliers, and managing the installation teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the wallpaper division, ensuring schedules are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure materials and maintain inventory levels.
• Allocate manpower across installation projects and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all sites.
• Maintain vehicle for site visits and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the wallpaper industry, with a focus on similar business operations.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in wallpaper installation and effect painting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage supplier relationships.
• Own a reliable vehicle for onsite duties.
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm.
