Warehouse Associate – Retail Pharmacy

About the role

Join SingHealth’s Retail Pharmacy as a Warehouse Associate, supporting both physical and online store operations. You will ensure smooth inventory flow, accurate order processing, and high‑quality customer service across our retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves and conduct weekly cycle counts.
• Participate in annual stocktaking and investigate any discrepancies.
• Handle point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions, generate invoices and shipping labels for online orders.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements with logistics providers.
• Support new outlet projects by liaising with internal departments for consumables and stock transfers.
• Maintain the online sales platform by uploading products and verifying pricing.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve complaints.

Required profile

• Higher NITEC/NITEC or GCE N/O/A levels with at least 2 years of relevant retail experience.
• Fluent in English and a second language.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Physically capable of lifting at least 5 kg and performing regular standing, bending and stock handling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
• Experience using inventory management software.
