Job description
职位概况
负责UPS新加坡仓库下午班的分拣、装载及内部配送等工作，需在现场完成，工作时间为11:30-22:00（周一至周五）及周六13:00-17:00。
主要职责
- 协调下午班的分拣与装载流程。
- 检查、重新包装并跟进仓内损坏件。
- 处理同楼层内部客户的取件与送件。
- 管理夜间派送、送货变更请求及不可投递包裹的分拣。
- 确保下午及晚间出口班车准时运行。
- 跟进未投递包裹，争取重新送达。
- 执行仓库扫描及临时任务。
- 在主管缺席时提供后备支持。
任职要求
- 具备新加坡本地派送业务的基本知识。
- 熟练使用电脑，能快速学习新系统。
- 能够搬运最高20公斤的物品（工作中约50%为坐席）。
- 工作勤奋，具备良好的职业道德。
- 具备良好的内部及外部客户沟通能力，邮件和电话礼仪规范。
必备技能
- 派送业务知识（新加坡）
- 电脑操作能力
