Job description

职位概况

负责UPS新加坡仓库下午班的分拣、装载及内部配送等工作，需在现场完成，工作时间为11:30-22:00（周一至周五）及周六13:00-17:00。

主要职责

协调下午班的分拣与装载流程。
检查、重新包装并跟进仓内损坏件。
处理同楼层内部客户的取件与送件。
管理夜间派送、送货变更请求及不可投递包裹的分拣。
确保下午及晚间出口班车准时运行。
跟进未投递包裹，争取重新送达。
执行仓库扫描及临时任务。
在主管缺席时提供后备支持。

任职要求

具备新加坡本地派送业务的基本知识。
熟练使用电脑，能快速学习新系统。
能够搬运最高20公斤的物品（工作中约50%为坐席）。
工作勤奋，具备良好的职业道德。
具备良好的内部及外部客户沟通能力，邮件和电话礼仪规范。
