Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse operations within a Life Sciences and Healthcare environment. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing documentation and handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Execute and coordinate outbound orders via the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, goods receipt notes, and invoices.
• Support general warehouse administration activities.
• Assist with physical warehouse operations when required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to HSSE procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Act as the point of contact for day‑to‑day operational matters with customers.
• Perform daily operation and administration activities accurately to minimize errors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous warehouse experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare is an advantage but not essential.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
