Warehouse Operations Transition Lead

About the role

Resmed is looking for a Warehouse Operations Transition Lead based in Tuas, Singapore. The role leads the planning and execution of key warehouse transition activities, ensuring operational continuity, inventory integrity and readiness throughout the change. It works closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse transition and operational readiness activities.
• Develop and execute transition plans, timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Manage inventory migration, process transfers and cutover activities.
• Monitor project milestones and resolve operational challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Drive change management and stakeholder communication.
• Support process improvements and handover to business-as-usual operations.

Required profile

• Background in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or distribution.
• Proven delivery of warehouse transitions, site moves, start-ups or operational transformation projects.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Nice to have: experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.

Required skills

• Project management with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and continuous improvement.
• Nice to have: familiarity with WMS and ERP systems, and PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
