Warehouse Operative

About the role

Presidio is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support daily warehouse operations. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient handling of goods, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to overall performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and follow put‑away processes.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain inventory control.
• Process shipments via air, road, courier, and international logistics channels.
• Handle product returns and manage associated documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and company guidelines.
• Perform routine stock checks, report discrepancies, and investigate variances.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Provide training and support to new and existing team members.
• Uphold quality standards across warehouse operations.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and operational targets.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive attitude, reliable punctuality, and professional demeanor.
• Fluent English with clear communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of international freight processes.
