YouTube Product Partnerships Strategy & Operations Manager – APAC

About the role

The YouTube Product Partnerships team is looking for a senior manager to lead strategy and operations across the APAC region. You will partner with leadership to drive growth, align cross‑functional stakeholders and ensure execution of YouTube’s most critical priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive deliverables for internal alignment and approval forums on strategic issues.
• Prepare senior leaders for quarterly business reviews, partner meetings and conferences.
• Support annual strategic planning, OKR setting and tracking.
• Analyze challenges with quantitative rigor and influence global product and business priorities.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and other cross‑functional teams to execute partnership strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working directly with executive stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and deck‑building skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical judgment.
• Passion for business development and strategic partnerships, with a self‑initiated, collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Advanced spreadsheet modeling (e.g., Excel).
• SQL for data analysis.
