Accounts Manager – High Volume AP, 5‑day week, SGD 4.5‑6k

About the role

The Accounts Manager will lead the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely processing of invoices, fixed‑asset accounting and cash‑flow management for a high‑volume environment. You will act as a key business partner, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to maintain accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor set‑up in Navision and compliance with accounting policies.
• Supervise and guide the AP team, ensuring adherence to SOPs and timely month‑end/year‑end closing.
• Prepare monthly cash‑flow projections and monitor fund availability for payments.
• Compile and submit WHT, agent commissions, royalties and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with the GL team on bank reconciliations and fixed‑asset tagging.
• Generate AP sub‑ledger reports, expense variance analysis and data for board presentations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting direct costs and expense planning.
• Manage outsourced vendor performance, ensuring daily deliverables and audit compliance.
• Support internal and external audit processes and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or related finance functions.
• Proven ability to lead a team and work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Navision or a comparable ERP accounting system.

• Competitive salary range SGD 4,500 – 6,000 per month.
• Full‑time, five‑day work week (Mon‑Thu 8:30 am‑6:00 pm, Fri 8:30 am‑5:30 pm).
