Accounts Receivable Executive – 4‑5 Month Contract, Up to S$3,800

About the role

This is a 4‑5 month contract position covering maternity leave, based in the North region of Singapore near an MRT station. You will join the finance team to manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle and support month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable process.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers.
• Perform credit control and collection activities to ensure timely payment.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Update and maintain accurate AR records in SAP.
• Assist with month‑end closing and AR reporting.
• Liaise with internal departments and customers on AR‑related matters.
• Perform other ad‑hoc finance duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
• Experience in credit control and debt collection.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from S$3,000 to S$3,800.
• Standard working hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
