Architectural Designer – Commercial, Industrial & Hospitality

About the role

The client, a leading firm in the architectural sector, is looking for a Senior Architectural Designer to shape commercial, industrial and hospitality projects. The role involves delivering design concepts from site analysis through to construction documentation while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, research and feasibility studies to gather project data.
• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs tailored to project requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, including CAD drawings, 3D renderings and design presentations.
• Submit plans to relevant authorities and coordinate the approval process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design coordination and constructability.
• Monitor construction progress to verify alignment with design intent and resolve on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory frameworks, building codes and submission processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
