Associate Director – Rates Investor Sales (Asia)

About the role

The Associate Director, Rates Investor Sales, Asia will drive growth of ANZ's Fixed Income franchise across the region. You will manage the full sales cycle, deepen existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities while working closely with Trading, Capital Markets and Research teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fixed income and derivatives solutions to institutional investors, driving revenue growth.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities while expanding wallet share with existing clients.
• Partner with Trading, Capital Markets and Research to cross‑sell ANZ's Markets product suite.
• Support onboarding, respond to client enquiries, provide market insights and ensure timely deal execution.
• Maintain strong risk and compliance culture, adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven client‑focused sales experience in financial markets, institutional or fixed income sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and time zones in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Bloomberg.
• Experience using MarkitWire.
• Knowledge of Tradeweb platform.
