Corporate Finance Associate / Senior Associate – Deals Advisory

About the role

PwC’s Deals Advisory practice is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Corporate Finance team. You will work on a variety of merger, acquisition and capital‑raising projects, helping clients turn complex transactions into strategic value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate finance and M&A advisory services to clients across industries.
• Prepare presentation materials, pitches and client deliverables as part of project teams.
• Execute engagements under the guidance of senior partners and directors.
• Lead deal execution tasks, including building and maintaining financial models.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional transaction experience with an investment bank or corporate finance advisory firm.
• Proven track record in deal execution and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and evaluation abilities with high attention to detail.
• Self‑starter with a high level of initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
