Finance & HR Executive (Singapore & Malaysia)

About the role

The Finance & HR Executive will support both Singapore and Malaysia entities, handling end‑to‑end accounting, payroll, compliance and HR administration. This position acts as a trusted partner to management, ensuring financial discipline and smooth HR operations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑set accounts for Singapore and Malaysia, including month‑end closing and management reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and collections.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries; prepare audit schedules and ensure compliance with local accounting standards.
• Process payroll for both countries, administer employee benefits, leave and attendance records.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding, and handle employee relations queries.
• Manage MOM work‑pass applications, renewals and cancellations, staying updated on regulatory changes.
• Prepare GST submissions, corporate tax matters and other statutory filings in Singapore and Malaysia.

Required profile

• Minimum O’Levels or equivalent diploma; higher qualifications preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in full‑set accounting and HR administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Singapore and Malaysia entities, including payroll and statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
