Finance Manager – Business Unit Finance Leadership

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join PSA Corporation Limited’s finance leadership program. The role will rotate through Group and Regional finance functions in Singapore and China, and later serve as a Business Unit finance representative globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑spectrum finance activities including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and project management.
• Oversee tax planning, corporate finance, treasury and corporate governance matters.
• Establish robust financial and governance controls and ensure compliance with policies, IFRS and local regulations.
• Develop and run budgeting and forecasting processes, and drive cost‑reduction and profit‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis, risk‑management strategies and insights to support value creation for shareholders.
• Coordinate with corporate auditors, manage payroll and tax compliance, and support M&A and business development activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy or Business with a major in Accountancy.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience; Big 4 background is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local China accounting regulations.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet, PowerPoint and Power BI tools.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate internationally.
