SAP FICO Consultant (Manager and Above)

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant at Manager level or above to lead business process improvement and ERP (SAP S/4HANA) enablement initiatives for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business needs analysis, identify challenges and define “To‑Be” processes and performance measures.
• Lead large‑scale, multi‑site SAP FICO implementations and related transformation projects.
• Configure and design SAP Finance/FICO solutions, including S/4HANA conversions, upgrades and rollouts.
• Support deployment activities, measure outcomes and ensure achievement of client objectives.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to develop proposals, win work and deliver projects.
• Provide leadership to workstream teams, mentor staff and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
• Travel regionally as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 6–12 years of SAP consulting experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Minimum three end‑to‑end SAP FICO implementation projects.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage client relationships.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• SAP Finance/FICO functional configuration.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion and upgrade experience.
• Integration knowledge with modules such as SD, MM, EWM, PP, TRM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong problem‑solving and business process analysis.
