Senior Associate - Finance Transformation, Business Consulting

About the role

As a Senior Associate in EY's Business Consulting Finance team, you will help drive finance transformation initiatives for leading organisations. You will work closely with clients to analyse current finance processes, design improvements and support the implementation of digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather data and conduct interviews to map current‑state finance processes.
• Analyse, optimise and redesign end‑to‑end finance processes, including the supporting technology.
• Develop and support automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Research internal knowledge bases to deliver value‑adding recommendations.
• Assist in defining digital finance strategies, operating models and governance frameworks.
• Support proposal development and contribute to internal finance training programmes.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• Approximately 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and core finance processes (order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, record‑to‑report).
