Tax – Goods and Services Tax Off‑Cycle Internship (Jan‑Jun 27)

About the role

Join PwC’s Tax team as a Goods and Services Tax (GST) Off‑Cycle Intern and gain hands‑on experience in indirect tax advisory and compliance. This six‑month program runs from January to June 2027 and offers exposure to real client engagements across a diverse portfolio of multinational and local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide GST advisory and compliance services to a range of clients.
• Assist clients with GST reporting obligations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct GST reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Liaise with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) on client matters.
• Utilise digital tax tools, data analytics and AI‑enabled platforms to enhance work quality and efficiency.
• Participate in mentorship sessions and PwC’s learning ecosystem.

Required profile

• Curious and ambitious student interested in a career at the intersection of tax, finance and technology.
• Strong academic performance in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, economics or law.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
