About the role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. The role involves design & build tender submissions, budgeting, progress claims, variation orders, and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare design & build tender submissions
- Handle budgeting and progress claim preparation
- Manage variation orders
- Conduct cost control activities
Required profile
- Knowledge of contract matters, technical and authority requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong team player with good communication skills
