About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of Parlour Gelato. The role involves a blend of HR, finance and office administration tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain monthly payroll records and coordinate with Cabin Financial Services for accurate payroll processing and CPF contributions.
- Assist in managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and handling new‑hire contracts and onboarding.
- Update and keep employee records, manage leave requests and administer staff benefits.
- Work with Cabin on accounts payable/receivable to guarantee timely vendor payments.
- Order office supplies and handle ad‑hoc procurement requests.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.
- Good communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors and service providers.
- Organised approach to record‑keeping and scheduling.
