Account Executive – Finance & Accounting

About the role

The company is seeking a diligent Account Executive to manage full‑set accounting functions, support cash flow, and ensure accurate financial reporting across its Singapore operations. You will work closely with senior management to keep financial processes smooth and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and full‑set accounts.
• Arrange payment schedules, monitor cash flow and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
• Support audit processes, maintain accounting document controls and liaise with auditors.
• Prepare daily sales reports, annual fixed‑asset depreciation schedules and quarterly GST submissions.
• Coordinate with external parties such as banks and government agencies on accounting and tax matters.
• Manage petty cash, credit‑card reconciliations, bank deposits and monthly inventory stock‑takes.
• Assist with e‑commerce payment processing and other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field; LCCI Accounting qualification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external agencies.
