Account Manager - Enterprise SaaS

About the role

Freshworks is hiring an Account Manager based in Singapore to drive growth and maximise revenue across a portfolio of strategic and enterprise customers. The role builds trusted, long-term relationships, drives product adoption and expansion, and strengthens retention, working with business and technical stakeholders to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts, develop account strategies, strengthen relationships, drive retention and expansion, and meet revenue and growth targets.
• Manage the account lifecycle from onboarding and adoption through renewals and expansion.
• Build relationships with senior executives, explain the business value and ROI of Freshworks' platform, and position it as a strategic technology partner.
• Identify adoption, cross-sell and upsell opportunities and develop account plans that maximise customer value and revenue.
• Partner with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Product, Support and other teams to resolve customer challenges.
• Maintain account health, renewal risks and expansion potential, provide accurate forecasting and actionable insights.
• Represent Freshworks with key customers in Singapore, attend customer engagements and industry events, and share customer insights to support growth in the Singapore market.

Required profile

• 10+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise segments, with a proven record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage enterprise IT and business decision-makers.
• Proficiency in solution selling of software platforms such as ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX, CRM and customer engagement solutions.
• Fluency in English, verbal and written, to work with regional and global teams.
• Responsibility for territory primarily within Singapore, with collaboration on shared strategic accounts across Asia-Pacific.
