Account Manager, Retail Training - Luxury

About the role

CXG, a global customer experience company founded in 2006 and active across 200+ luxury brands, is hiring an Account Manager, Retail Training - Luxury for its Singapore office. Reporting to the Regional VP, SEA, Oceania & Japan and the EVP Academy, you will work closely with regional and global teams to build lasting client relationships, coordinate with internal departments and present to executive and board-level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with luxury and premium brands to transform and drive business impact through customer experience.
• Maintain and nurture your client portfolio with white-glove service and added value.
• Own projects end to end, from brief to delivery, with significant autonomy.
• Work with international teams to design methodologies, develop new solutions and advise clients.
• Manage the account, including stakeholders, internal departments, budget and deliverable quality.
• Deliver face-to-face presentations to C-level executives.

Required profile

• Passion for the luxury industry and customer experience, with 4+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in administration, business, management or a related field.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in a service excellence environment (premium airlines, luxury hospitality, luxury retail) or in retail and client-facing B2B roles is highly valued.
• Open to candidates from marketing, PR, brand or hospitality backgrounds.
