About the role

Accenture Avanade is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 and AI Business Solutions professional with deep SharePoint expertise. The role engages business stakeholders, leads solution discussions and guides organisations through their Microsoft 365 transformation, while supporting early-stage Microsoft Copilot conversations and adoption planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and digital workplace transformation.
• Assess business requirements and turn them into scalable Microsoft-based solutions.
• Design and implement solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Run workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions to find productivity and collaboration improvements.
• Advise on Microsoft Copilot readiness, adoption, governance and use cases.
• Help build roadmaps for Microsoft 365 modernisation and AI-enabled workplace transformation.
• Support governance, security, compliance and information architecture in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Drive solution demos, proof of concepts and client presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and help build capability within the practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 10-15 years of overall IT consulting and solution delivery experience.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to support initial Copilot conversations, including readiness assessments, business value discussions and adoption planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Required skills

• Strong SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 suite expertise.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, OneDrive, Outlook and Office applications.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security, compliance and collaboration frameworks.
• Preferred: Microsoft 365 migration or modernisation experience, Power Platform knowledge (Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft certifications, and experience in global delivery and consulting environments.
