Associate - Architectural Design

About the role

Join AECOM’s Singapore office as an Associate in Architectural Design, contributing to strategic, sustainable, and innovative built‑environment solutions for a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement architectural strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead multiple architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets.
• Supervise and mentor a team of architects, designers and project managers.
• Drive creative and sustainable design solutions while ensuring compliance with local building codes and environmental standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and represent the organization at industry events.
• Monitor resource allocation and optimise workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• BOA Singapore recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional licensure (e.g., RA, RIBA) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders.
