About the role

The Associate, Electrical (Data Centers) supports electrical design delivery for data centre projects, acting as a recognized technical expert and ensuring outputs meet diverse client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support electrical design delivery for data centre projects, providing technical expertise.
• Drive project excellence by defining objectives, organising schedules, applying engineering judgement, and maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Provide strategic oversight for APAC technical delivery, set benchmarks, manage risk, mentor the team and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Strengthen client partnerships by understanding their business, structure and culture, and proactively responding to requirements.
• Participate in sector growth activities such as bid development, thought‑leadership contributions, and coordinated electrical services delivery across the region.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Extensive design experience delivering electrical engineering projects in data centres and other mission‑critical environments.
• In‑depth knowledge of data centre electrical design practices, including power distribution, resilience, redundancy and client interface.
• Relevant professional qualifications preferred (e.g., Uptime Institute ATD, CPEng/NER eligibility, Chartered Engineer status with CIBSE).
