Associate Partner - Digital Transformation & Supply Chain

About the role

Infosys is looking for a seasoned Digital Transformation & Supply Chain leader with 15+ years of experience to drive enterprise-wide product strategy, digital innovation and omni-channel supply chain transformation. The Associate Partner owns the end-to-end lifecycle of product, solutions and delivery, partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver revenue growth, cost optimization and improved customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap, launch new digital products and set industry blueprints for supply chain SaaS platforms (OMS, WMS, TMS, inventory optimization, POS)
• Lead large-scale digital transformation programs, including order-to-cash, store fulfillment and customer engagement, and supply chain roadmaps for global clients
• Oversee solution architecture, lead cross-functional teams on system design and integration, and automate solutioning processes (RFPs, pre-sales, implementation)
• Partner with sales teams, engage C-level stakeholders, build pipelines and lead proposals and solution presentations
• Manage complex, multi-million-dollar programs from concept to execution, ensuring delivery excellence and leading global, cross-functional teams
• Improve customer satisfaction, fulfillment speed and accuracy, inventory turnover and cost efficiency, and provide real-time visibility through analytics and reporting
• Build and mentor teams, develop capability models, accelerators and training programs, and guide technical, functional and strategic priorities

Required profile

• 15-20+ years of experience in digital supply chain, product management or consulting
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs ($5M+)
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, technology or logistics
• Demonstrated success in pre-sales, business development and stakeholder management
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, experience with global consulting firms or SaaS product organizations, exposure to SAP, Manhattan Associates, o9 or similar, and experience leading global teams
