Associate / Senior Tax – GST & Corporate Tax

About the role

We are looking for motivated Associate or Senior Tax professionals to join our Singapore tax team, focusing on GST compliance and corporate tax advisory. The role involves delivering accurate tax services to clients, analysing transaction structures, and supporting due‑diligence and restructuring projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review GST returns, registrations, exemptions and assist with IRAS GST audits.
• Conduct GST health‑checks such as ASK and ACAP reviews and provide advisory input on GST implications.
• Extract and analyse financial and tax data to identify risks for corporate tax due‑diligence.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and internal advisors, and draft tax reports and proposals.
• Assist in tax research, deferred tax analysis, and preparation of corporate and individual tax computations.
• Develop client relationships, prospect new business and contribute to marketing collateral.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACCA, or related discipline.
• 1‑3 years experience for Associate level or 2‑5 years for Senior level; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Exposure to ASK or ACAP reviews is an advantage.
