Bar Barista - Changi Airport Lounge

About the role

Accor, in partnership with one of the world's leading airlines, manages lounge operations at Changi Airport. It is looking for a Bar Barista who has a flair for customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role covers preparing and serving a variety of beverages, keeping the bar clean and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure all beverages meet Lounge and training standards.
• Keep the bar and service areas clean and organised.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues with the coffee machine or other equipment.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Deliver orders promptly and respond flexibly to guest requests.
• Follow health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel, lounge or F&B operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
