About the role
Novotel Living Singapore Orchard, an extended-stay apartment hotel on Orchard Road, is hiring a Room Attendant. The position covers keeping apartments and common areas clean and tidy, attending to guest needs and reporting issues to the supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain apartment rooms and other areas according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Complete the 15-credit quota assigned.
- Replenish guest supplies and attend to guest requests promptly.
- Report damage or malfunctions in apartments and areas to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in a clean condition.
- Report lost and found articles to the supervisor.
- Deliver guest-requested items and guest laundry.
