Bartender

About the role

Pullman Singapore Hill Street, a 350-room hotel with a rooftop bar and executive lounge overlooking Fort Canning, the Singapore River and St Andrew's Cathedral, is hiring a full-time bartender. The role covers daily bar operations, drink preparation and guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Prepare drink ingredients and mise-en-place accurately for efficient service
• Follow beverage recipes precisely to maintain consistent quality
• Serve beverages and actively upsell to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
• Track and manage bar inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling and hygiene standards at all times
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Competency in bar operations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality control
